Our Curriculum
Children meet in small groups two mornings a week with qualified teachers and aides. We offer an optional four-morning pre-K program for 4 year olds who will be attending Kindergarten the following year. All classes meet from 9:00am to 12:00 noon.
The curriculum is planned around themes that encourage social interaction and a play-based introduction to kindergarten readiness skills. Teachers share monthly newsletters with parents to inform them about classroom themes and activities. Their lessons plans are made in advance and submitted to the director. Parent/Teacher conferences are held in February.
What do we Learn? We know children learn best when given the freedom to play and discover in a safe and interesting environment.
